Amacx Drink Gel (No Caffeine)

Amacx Drink Gel (No Caffeine)

The Amacx Drink Gel (60ml) is a "ready-to-drink" energy gel, meaning it has a thinner, more liquid consistency than traditional sticky gels. It is pre-hydrated with water, so you can consume it without needing to drink from your bottle immediately after.

Key Features

1. 2:1 Carbohydrate Ratio: Uses a mix of maltodextrin (glucose) and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. This allows for an intake of up to 90g of carbs per hour, as it uses two different intestinal transporters.

2. No Water Needed: Unlike thick gels that can cause dehydration or stomach upset if not taken with fluid, this is a "drink gel" designed to be swallowed easily on its own.

3. High Sodium Content: Each gel provides 200mg of sodium, which is higher than many competitors, helping to maintain fluid balance and prevent cramping.
